Payment policy 
Full prepayment will be charged at time of reservation.Rates are charged in Thai Baht currency. We apply exchange rate as announced by the Bank of Thailand.

Child policy      
•Max. 1 Child 0 - 3 year(s) sharing room with parents are free of charge for accommodation with Breakfast.
•Max. 1 Child 4 - 11 year(s) sharing room with parents are free of charge for accommodation only and Breakfast will be charged 50% off meal rate.
•Child 12 year(s) and above are considered as adults. Adult will be charged extra Bed include daily breakfast. - Room capacity allowed is either 1 adult with 2 children or 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults. 

Non-smoking policy
Please note that this is a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke at our designated smoking area. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel premises.

The fine print
Please note that the credit card used for the deposits needs to be presented upon check-in together with the guest's identification card and the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. If the credit card is not presented, guests will be required to pay directly to the hotel.
If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property prior to your arrival:
    1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature
    2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
